We use Google Earth to measure out the lawns for estimates to be more accurate as well as saving a trip.

We do overgrown lawns at a rate of 1.5 times the lawn rate due to having to do an extra pass.

How does Spring Cleanup Services Work?
We Start with clearing and bagging leaves, then we remove the dead grass with the dethatcher followed by Grass bagging with Lawn Mower.
Rates are based on size of lawn and how many bags used
Do I pay before of after?
To make things easier you don't have to pay until the first service is completed, but Monthly rates are pre-paid.
How Do I Pay?
We have just been using E-Transfer, but we are willing to work with other Options.
Do You Invoice?
Yes we provide Invoices and receipts with all of our transactions
When Do I Pay?
We don't charge until the first snowfall is removed.
After that Monthly pre-payments will be on the 15th or 1st of the month depending on the start date.

How to Monthly Snow Removal Services Work?
For Monthly Snow Removal Services we Start Payment on either the 15th or 30th of the Month. Whichever is closest to the start date.
We have a 3 service Gurantee where if we don't come out at least 3 times in a monthly period you will get 25% off your next months payment to compensate.

For Snow Removal we aim to have lots done within 24 hours of each snowfall

The advantage of Monthly services one payment and piece of mind in case there are more than expected snowfalls.
