You can Bundle your Mowing and Snow removal for one Monthly rate.

Rate is based on 5 month of Mowing and 5 Months of Snow removal spread out over 12 months at 10% discount rate.

Eg. Mow $ 100/ Month , Snow $200/ Month $500+ $1,000 =$1,500.00 

$1,500/12=$125.00 *90% =$112.50/ Month

We use Google Earth to measure out the lawns for estimates to be more accurate as well as saving a trip.  

For Front and Back, we add the totals

We Start with clearing and bagging leaves, then we remove the dead grass with the dethatcher followed by Grass bagging with Lawn Mower.

Rates are based on size of lawn and how many bags used

We do overgrown lawns at a rate of 1.5 times the lawn rate due to having to do an extra pass.

Nothing over 6"

For Monthly Snow Removal Services we Start Payment on either the 15th or 30th of the Month. Whichever is closest to the start date.

We offer a Fixed monthly rate, as well as a Flex Monthly ( Min 2 services Max 8 a month)

For Flex Monthly you pay min for 2 regular services, and the rest are discounted up to 8 services. If we come out more than the Maximum the most we bill for is 8. 

For payments for New customers we require two service  pre-payment then we bill the rest for the next month payment. 

eg. Nov 1st Pre-pay 2 services . If there are 5 snow falls in November then December payment would be the 3 additional services at discount. January payment would be from December snowfalls.

We have just been using E-Transfer, but we are willing to work with other Options.

Yes we provide Invoices and receipts with all of our transactions

We don't charge until the first snowfall is removed. 

After that Monthly pre-payments will be on the 15th or 1st of the month depending on the start date.

We don't have the Answer to that, but with all the Free time You generate from using Our Services You can figure that Out for yourself.
